What
To Expect
OMany visitors to Napa Valley believe that we are one of
the best wineries to visit because our tasting is primarily done outdoors
in a beautiful redwood grove. We do a walk-around wine tour tasting,
in different sections. Our visitors tend to enjoy the personalities
of the individuals who conduct the wine tours, including the owner,
who has directed tours on weekends. Reverie is only available for
lunch events. They can conclude outdoors or in our beautiful cave.

History
Reverie Vineyard is located in a unique valley on Diamond
Mountain in Napa Valley, once known as the Bonsell Property that is
now divided into Diamond Creek Winery, Von Strasser Winery and Reverie.
Reverie Vineyard is an incredibly steep, south facing 40 acre mountainside
property composed of rocky and infertile volcanic soil. (Poor soil
is a hallmark of virtually all the great vineyards in the world.)
The winery is located in a re-creation of a 125 year old barn located
on the property. All Reverie and ASKiken wines are Estate Grown, Produced
and Bottled and bear the Diamond Mountain - Napa Valley Appellation.
Vineyard Information
Reverie Winery specializes in producing ultra premium Bordeaux
varietal blends that reflect the uniqueness of its terroir. The vineyard
was principally planted in 1989 on St. George rootstock to Cabernet
Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc and currently consists of Cabernet
Sauvignon (2 clones on 14 acres); Cabernet Franc (6 acres); Merlot
(2 clones on 6 acres) and small amounts of Petit Verdot, Malbec, Barbera,
Tempranillo, Grenache and Roussanne. Production will be limited and
will not exceed 2,500 cases. Reverie also produces the ASKiken wines.
